What is a Curve Candle?

Curve candles are three-wicked curved flat candles. Light the wicks at the top to experience a burn shown in the video below. After about 9 hours burn, what you are left with is a truly abstract feature.

When you burn a small candle behind the Curve, you can enjoy a warm ambient glow through the Curve’s surface.

This is an alternative visual experience, changing as the Curve is burnt, either partially or fully. The back of the Curve is also protected from naked flame.

The Curve candle is our most innovative design, blending luxury and purpose together. With each decorative design we aim to fuse modernity with classic British style. Curves are always made by hand and only by MAIDEN.

How can I get the most from my Curve Candle?

  • Our Curve Candles can burn for up to nine hours, and there are different ways to enjoy yours.

    To get the best experience from your candle, we recommend the following

    -

    Either;

  • Light the Curve wicks, to achieve the effect in the video below. 

    -

    Burn for no longer than three hours at a time — while keeping away from draughts and other heat. 

    -

    To improve burn, refrigerate the Curve for fifteen minutes prior to burning. 

  • Light a tea light in a glass that’s a suitable distance behind the unlit Curve and enjoy a warm glow through the Curve’s surface.

    This can also be done once the Curve has been burnt, creating an abstract, but equally beautiful light.

    UK Mainland Delivery

    Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 per order. However, shipping is free for orders over £50.

    Channel Islands Delivery

    Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 per order.

    Republic of Ireland Delivery

    Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £12 per order.

  • Refunds and Returns

    Refunds are accepted within 14 days of order delivery.

    Products must be returned to us at the buyers cost and a refund will only be processed if goods are returned in a sellable condition.
